Return and Refund Policy
We are EXCITED to make Candles and Memories with YOU!
To ensure the experience meets our standards and lives up to your expectations, we'd like to be transparent in reference to our studio policies.
- All Sales Are Final - There are NO REFUNDS. If you can not attend the class for any reason, we will offer you a class credit. You will have one calendar year to redeem the credit. The credit is transferrable and can be applied to different class experiences.
- Please Arrive On Time - We are FIRM on starting the class on time. If you arrive late you can reschedule your experience. You will have up to one complete calendar year to reschedule. Please do not attempt to enter the class if you are late. Doing so will disrupt the vibe for the participants who arrived on time.
- We will issue you a discount or complete refund if we have to cancel your class in the method of original payment. Please allow 5-7 business day for refund.
